BEAUTY LIES IN THE EYES OF BEHOLDER “YOU ARE THE BEHOLDER”

People often discuss the concept of beauty, claiming that it is subjective and depends on the individual’s perception. However, the question arises about who this “beholder” really is and whether their opinion matters. Do they genuinely care about our appearance, or are they merely trying to flatter us with insincere compliments? More importantly, can we rely on someone to judge beauty objectively? And when it comes to our looks, do we tell the truth when someone asks us how we appear, or do we manipulate our response to avoid hurting their feelings?

Ultimately, you are the one who determines your beauty. When you look in the mirror after getting ready, it reflects how you feel about yourself. If you feel confident and beautiful, others will also find you attractive. The people who love you will always appreciate and respect your appearance, regardless of what others think.

Listen up, appearances can be deceiving. Real attraction stems from a powerful combination of both physical and soulful qualities. It’s time to stop fixating on superficial features like big eyes and fair skin and start recognizing the importance of inner beauty. Believe me, it’s what really counts.

Beauty isn’t just about looks. It combines several parameters, and the outcome comes from the right balance of these variables. As an engineer, I define beauty as the combination of your features or the mould that God has made you, your soul, which radiates your personality, a healthy lifestyle to stay fit, and the food you eat, contributing to your beauty.

We should care for what we’ve been given to achieve the right balance. We must keep our thoughts pure and clean so our souls can be beautiful. We should eat the right food that brings calmness and attraction to our bodies, exercise blood circulation, and build muscle power for the perfect shape.

Physical beauty is fleeting, but the beauty of the soul is timeless and endures beyond the limits of a single lifetime. It is the kind of beauty that transcends the material world and shines through in every incarnation, making it truly immortal.

Physical appearance is the first thing we notice about someone when we meet them. However, the beauty of the soul is a much deeper process that takes a lifetime to discover and appreciate fully. You can’t work on someone else’s soul beauty; they must be inclined to reach your soul. Instead, focus on your soul’s beauty. Just as we clean and decorate our physical appearance with cosmetics, we should also work on our soul beauty by cultivating goodness within ourselves. This way, we can look towards ourselves rather than seek validation from others.

No one invests time in discovering inner beauty anymore. We live in a world where opinions are formed in a matter of seconds, just like Insta stories.

In today’s fast-paced world, physical appearance holds significant importance. People are so busy they need more time to get to know you and your thoughts. A few WhatsApp messages are enough for them to form an opinion about you. Unfortunately, nobody seems interested in getting to know others. They are more concerned about physical beauty and financial status. Intelligence and knowledge are often overlooked because people need more time to appreciate them. Therefore, presenting yourself in a way that radiates your personality is essential. That’s why we are here to discuss the importance of dressing sense.

Physical appearance often plays a role in making a good first impression, and confidence is essential for professional success. Beauty is a key ingredient in boosting confidence.

It’s important to feel confident in whatever you wear, regardless of length or style. Instead, what truly matters is how you carry yourself and confidently present your appearance. This confidence can be achieved irrespective of your body shape or size. Don’t put yourself down, but instead, strive to improve positively. Avoid saying things like “I’m happy the way I am” because you weren’t born with a particular body type; it’s something that can be changed. Changing your habits is essential to become a better version of yourself. Don’t settle for easy solutions; try to improve yourself. Even though it may be difficult and require hard work, you can achieve your fitness goals if you enjoy the process. Remember, fitness is a daily commitment, and it takes time to reach your targets.

Shortcuts offer temporary gains. For lasting success, push yourself beyond your limits.

When you go to the gym, they might ask about your target weight. It’s essential to stick to your own goal and keep yourself from persuading you to lift more weight than you can handle. Regular exercise is crucial to staying healthy and motivated. If you enjoy the challenge, you’ll be fit throughout your life. Remember, taking care of your health is essential, but working on your appearance is also vital. You should feel satisfied with what you see in the mirror.

Humans often seek out flaws and resort to personal attacks when unable to compete. They act as beasts of beauty.

Humans often assume the role of judges and tend to consider themselves the most righteous individuals. However, it is still being determined how much self-awareness they have before making such claims. When discussing our epics, humans have acted as judges of beauty and described the physical attributes of Gods and Goddesses. For instance, Ram is portrayed as a handsome figure with broad shoulders, long hair, lotus-like eyes, lips resembling petals, and a forehead like a mountain. Similarly, Krishna’s dark complexion has always been discussed, and songs have been written about it. The beauty of Rati and Kamdeva is considered the zenith of physical attractiveness. We tend to judge everyone based on appearance, and people judge us similarly. We must respect ourselves and our appearance, which makes us look good to others.

People remember the wars fought for beauty; in love and war, all is fair.

Throughout history, there have been several instances where women have been blamed for wars due to their beauty. Examples include Helen being held responsible for the Trojan War and Draupadi for the Mahabharata. This phenomenon is not limited to India but has been observed in every civilisation that has praised beauty. For instance, in Greek mythology, Aphrodite was the goddess of beauty, while Hathor was considered the most beautiful among the goddesses of Egyptian civilisation. Beauty is an important subject that cannot be ignored. Although it’s essential to feel comfortable in our skin, it’s better to maintain a healthy BMI, keep ourselves fit, and strengthen our muscles unless we have any medical or genetic issues.

Remember to prioritize yourself. Your well-being is more important than anything else. Don’t allow yourself to be sidelined. Stay focused on your goals and aspirations.

People are going to judge you even if you look perfect. They might criticise your appearance for having too thin lips, a sharp nose, or other reasons. It’s important to be confident in yourself regardless of what others say. When you invite guests into your home, you may have expensive furniture and decorative pieces from around the world, but if you don’t present yourself well, it’s all for nothing. Your guests may admire your beautiful sofa or painting, but they may only acknowledge you if you look good. On the other hand, if you look good and are confident, even simple things like cotton curtains can make a difference. People will take notice of you and ask about you. If you ignore yourself, the world will ignore you too. So, focus on yourself, don’t ignore yourself, and don’t let others dictate how you feel about yourself.”

According to Plato’s theory of Forms, perfection exists in a separate realm, while everything in this world is an imperfect copy.

Focus on yourself. If you love yourself, the world will love you too. We cannot change who we are, but we can take care of the bodies God has given us. There is no perfect beauty; not even AI can generate it. Beauty is relative, so when you look in the mirror, focus on yourself, not others. Be proud of who you are, and carry yourself with confidence. This world can be rude, so don’t let anyone’s comments bring you down. It’s not worth arguing with narrow-minded and judgmental people. Beauty is not just about looking pretty; it’s about being confident, authentic, and dignified. Develop your uniqueness so you are not compared to others born differently. Please don’t compare yourself with others because we all have different mental and physical abilities given by the universe for a reason. We have to live in this judgmental, irrational, and empathetic world, so be bold, strong, confident, and respect your beauty. Never take advantage of it because it will fade with time.

Prioritize yourself because no one is going to prioritize you; everyone will use you for their personal benefit under the guise of duty.

Due to lifestyle changes, life expectancy has significantly increased to 80 years or more. Nowadays, people want to maintain a youthful appearance even at 60, and nobody wants to spend 20-25 years of their life as an older person. To achieve this, it is essential to adopt healthy eating habits, exercise regularly, and cultivate positive thoughts. It’s best to start working on these habits as early as possible. Even if you have kids, go out for work, or have to help kids with their homework, taking out 15-20 minutes of your day for self-care instead of watching soap operas or gossiping on the phone can go a long way. We all have enough time; it’s just prioritising it. And if there are financial constraints, home remedies and cost-effective solutions can always be used. The key is to make the most of the available resources.
